What we collect

• Order details: name, phone number, delivery address, pincode, and (optionally) email — collected at checkout to fulfil your order and send delivery updates.
• Payment: online payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details — we store only the payment reference ID and amount.
• COD verification: for Cash on Delivery orders we send a one-time password (OTP) to your phone number to confirm the order is genuine. Your number is used for order confirmation, delivery coordination, and order-related support.
• Website usage: pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location, and the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters, ad click IDs).

Tracking & analytics we use

We use the following third-party tools, which set cookies or similar identifiers:

• Meta Pixel & Conversions API (Facebook/Instagram ads): measures whether our ads lead to orders. Order events may include hashed contact details (phone/email) so Meta can match conversions to ad clicks.
• Google Ads tag (gtag.js) & Enhanced Conversions: the same purpose for Google Search ads, including hashed email/phone for conversion matching.
• Microsoft Clarity: anonymised session recordings and heatmaps that show us how the site is used, so we can fix confusing pages. Text you type into checkout fields is masked in recordings.

You can limit ad tracking via your browser's cookie controls, and through the ad preference settings in your Facebook and Google accounts.

How we use your data

• To process, ship, and support your order (shared with our courier partner Delhivery for delivery).
• To contact you about your order on phone, SMS, or WhatsApp — including if a checkout was left incomplete.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above (Razorpay, Delhivery, Meta, Google, Microsoft) and only as needed for the purposes described.

Data retention & your rights

Order records are retained as required for accounting and warranty service. You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) by writing to support@drcalm.in.
