1. Who we are

drcalm.in ("Dr Calm", "we") sells the Dr Calm Bionic Neck Massager directly to customers in India. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
• Current pricing: ₹1,899 (Cash on Delivery) / ₹1,799 (prepaid). The struck-through ₹2,999 is the maximum retail price of the product.
• An order is confirmed when payment succeeds (prepaid) or when the OTP is verified (COD).
• We may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unserviceable pincodes; prepaid amounts are refunded in full.

3. Delivery

Per our Shipping Policy — free shipping via Delhivery, typically 3–7 days.

4. Replacement, refunds & warranty

Per our Replacement & Refund Policy — 7-day free replacement for damaged/non-working units and a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

5. Sensible-use disclaimer

The Dr Calm massager is a wellness and relaxation device. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you are pregnant, use a pacemaker or implanted device, have a cervical spine condition or injury, or are under medical care for your neck, please consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use if you feel discomfort.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
